UA Arts Masterplan

The University of Arizona, College of Fine Arts, and the Schools of Art and Theatre, Film & Television are embarking upon Phase I of the Arizona Arts Masterplan, dated March 2020. Phase I includes improvements to the interior of the Arts building, renovations to the Marroney Theater and Lobby, a new Arts Entry and Arts Common linking the Arts classrooms with the Arts Museum, and respective improvements to the outdoor spaces. WDG is currently in design for the outdoor plaza space in front of the Arts Building and Art Museum. Future design work will include an enhanced pedestrian experience from the Olive Street underpass to the Art Building and Marroney Theater, and site improvements in front of the new Marroney Theater renovated lobby.
